Do you need someone to handle your estate sale and get your house cleaned out and ready for new owners??? We can do that! Message me with info on size of the house, estimated items (crowded, normal or if you just need it clean and move in ready) we do apartments and condos as well just ask! We also do the yard, landscaping and we have our own exterminator for a low price!! Typically we need 3 weeks notice for estate sales to do inventory and research on item prices. our sales run approximately 2-4 days. We take 25% of earnings from gross sales and other services can be priced with a message.

Services include: Estate sales, clean out, carpet clean, window wash, light maintenance, yard clean up, mow, weed-eat, light landscaping, exterminate inside and out. if you just need the estate sale great! if you just need a clean move in ready great! if you just want prices on exterminating great!
